CJ01

MinebeaConnect introduce a new range of waterproof connectors. MinebeaConnect CJ01 series is a range of 5,8mm pitch waterproof connectors designed for wire-to-wire applications. These connectors do not require seal crimping or the insertion of retainers to ensure waterproof performance; simply inserting the crimped contact provides a reliable sealed connection.

CJ01 features :

• Pitch : 5,8mm supports 1.25sq ～ 5.0sq (Equivalent to AWG #16～10)
• Wire to Wire
• Supports insulation outer diameter Ø2.6–Ø4.3 mm
• High heat resistance, rated for operating temperatures up to 125°C
• Waterproof and dustproof performance: IP67
• High-conductivity terminal material enables a current rating of up to 30A
• Double-sided locking structure provides secure mating with clear audible feedback
• Integrated wire seal and retainer-less design
• Optional seal cover (under development) helps prevent wire movement and vibration
• Low insertion and extraction forces for an excellent workability
